Description
This course is designed for supervisors and managers who manage the work of others and operate within the parameters of a broader strategic and/or business plan. The course provides the guidance and tools with which managers can develop and manage operations plans to ensure that the objectives and strategies outlined in the strategic and/or business plan are met by work teams.
You will learn about resources planning and workforce planning, production planning and workforce scheduling.
On completion of the course, participants will be able to develop complete operations plans, schedule and allocate work to their teams and monitor performance of the team against the plan.
