Accredited Manager Certification

Exam Preparation

The courses in the Diploma and Advanced Diploma programs are designed to meet the specifications of the I.A.M examinations and are approved by the I.A.M. On completion of the assessment in the online courses, learners will have well prepared to succeed in the examinations.

Throughout your learning program you will receive continuous online and email support from your personal tutor. Your tutor will also guide you through the program and advise on your registration for the final examinations.

FAQS

Candidates will be working in a middle management role, or preparing for work as department manager, project manager, operations manager, or similar. Candidates should have completed the Accredited Supervisor Qualification or similar. 

Learners have 4 months from the date of enrollment to complete the Certificate Program. Each course takes between 8 and 10 hours to complete. The average completion time is 2 months.

Assessment in this program takes the form of Online-quizzes (normally 3 in each course). Each quiz has a pass mark of 70% and you can take the quizzes as many times as you wish.  On completion of the courses, you will sit for one or more examinations.

To qualify for the Certificate, you will complete 1 online final examination with the Institute of Accredited Managers. The examination takes 90 minutes to complete, and covers the content of 7 courses.

The passmark for examinations is 50%.

On completion of your program and the final examinations, you will receive the Certificate in Management Qualification from the Institute of Accredited Managers.

The program is delivered entirely online using the industry leading Global E-Learning Portal, which you can access 24/7. All courses contain online presentations, online quizzes, online videos and interactive learning.

In addition to the online learning, you will have access to downloadable learning manuals and associated case studies, workbooks and management resources for each course.

You will receive continuous email and phone support from your tutor throughout your program.

Accredited First-Line Manager Qualification Exam

On completion of the program, you will be enrolled in the Accredited First-Line Manager Examination. On achieving a pass-mark on the examination, you will be awarded the prestigious Accredited First-Line Manager Qualification.
