PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Global CERTIFICATE IN EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM is designed to assist experienced supervisors and managers, to develop their skills and knowledge to effectively lead a business unit and multiple teams.

The program comprises 5 comprehensive Level 4 and 5 courses developed for middle managers from both commercial and public-sector organizations.

LEARNING FORMAT

The program is delivered through:

  • A 5-day Seminar program conducted in locations worldwide.
  • Online Learning through the Global E-Learning Portal (participants have access to the portal for 6 months from the date of registration).
  • Assessment comprising short on-line quizzes for each course. No formal written assessment is required.
  • Participants must complete all 5 of the courses in the program to qualify for the certificate.
  • Each course takes approximately 20 hours to complete.
  • Tutor Support is available through email, web conferencing and phone, throughout your program.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

There are no formal entry requirements for this program. Candidates will be working in, or preparing for work as a first line supervisor, team leader or manager.

PROGRAM SCHEDULE

The program is delivered over 5 days. In addition, learners have 6 months online access from the date of enrolment to complete the Certificate Program.

ASSESSMENT

Assessment in this program takes the form of Online-quizzes (normally 3 in each course). Each quiz has a pass mark of 70% and you can take the quizzes as many times as you wish.
