PROGRAM PROFILE

The 120 credit Global ADVANCED DIPLOMA IN FIRST-LINE MANAGEMENT comprises 20 courses, and is designed to provide new and experienced First Line Managers with the knowledge and skills with which to successfully lead and manage teams and work units. 

This course forms 100% of the credit requirements for the ACCREDITED MANAGER (First-LIne) qualification. Successful completion of the accompanying final examination will enable graduation as an ACCREDITED MANAGER.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

In order to register in this course, candidates will be working in a first-line management position, or preparing for entry into a first-line management role.

PROGRAM DURATION

Learners have 6 months from the date of enrolment to complete the ADVANCED DIPLOMA Program.

ASSESSMENT

Assessment in this program takes the form of Online-quizzes (normally 3 in each course). Each quiz has a pass mark of 70% and you can take the quizzes as many times as you wish.

CERTIFICATION: Global Management Academy Advanced Diploma Certificate, assigned through the Global Digital Certification Service, enabling you to share your qualification on linkedIn and other social media platforms.
