PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The CERTIFICATE IN CHANGE MANAGEMENT program is designed for supervisiors, middle managers and operations professionals tasked with managing change programs in the organization.

Comprising 6 courses and 120 hours of learning, this program will give you the skills and knowledge to support innovation and help manage change programs in the business unit.

This course forms 25% of the credit requirements for the ACCREDITED MANAGER (Middle-Manager) qualification. 

LEARNING FORMAT

The program is delivered through:

  • Online Learning through the Global E-Learning Portal (participants have access to the portal for 6 months from the date of registration).
  • Assessment comprising short on-line quizzes for each course. No formal written assessment is required.
  • Participants must complete all 5 of the courses in the program to qualify for the certificate.
  • Each course takes approximately 20 hours to complete.
  • Tutor Support is available through email, web conferencing and phone, throughout your program.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

There are no formal entry requirements for this program. Candidates will be working in, or preparing for work as a first line supervisor, team leader or manager.

PROGRAM DURATION

Learners have 6 months from the date of enrolment to complete the Certificate Program.

ASSESSMENT

Assessment in this program takes the form of Online-quizzes (normally 3 in each course). Each quiz has a passmark of 70% and you can take the quizzes as many times as you wish.
