COURSE 3: WORKPLACE COACHING SKILLS
This course provides team leader, managers and H-R professionals with the essential toolkit of coaching skills. You will learn how to apply a comprehensive range of tools to plan, and deliver coaching to your team, and to individuals across different roles and management levels. In addition, you will also learn how to evaluate outcomes of coaching, and how to evaluate your own effectiveness as a coach.
