You will also learn how to use your communication skills to work successfully within a team, and how to overcome some common barriers to effective communication at work.

Conflict is a common feature of team work, and you will learn to recognize the symptoms and causes of conflict and some techniques for overcoming conflict at work. You will also learn how some techniques for dealing with difficult people at work, and how to maximize your contribution as a team member.
