This course is the first of two in the Executive Leadership Program. As an newly appointed, or aspiring executive manager, you will need to have the knowledge of contemporary leadership theory and best practice to influence, guide and direct the senior management team to fully engage and enable the strategic agenda of the organization and its stakeholders.
