This course will also give participants a six-step process that they can use and modify to resolve conflicts of any size. Participants will also learn crucial conflict resolution skills, including dealing with anger, the Johari Window, and using the Agreement Frame.
COURSE 2: MANAGING BULLYING AND HARASSMENT
Workplace bullying and harassment is illegal and destructive to any organization. It is important to treat everyone in the workplace with respect and dignity. Workplace harassment must be identified, discouraged, and prevented in order to keep a hostile work environment from developing. Left unchecked, harassment can escalate into violence. Left unchecked, these issues can also lead to decreased morale, increased absenteeism, high staff turnover, and even legal action—jeopardizing both the organization’s reputation and bottom line. This course provides managers and HR professionals with the knowledge and skills to effectively identify, prevent, and address bullying and harassment, ensuring a safe and respectful workplace.
